The Community Advisory Board of West Louisville is a grant funded organization composed of community members who share an identity, geography, and culture. Our mission is to collaborate with the community, health care leaders, and policy makers in order to improve health outcomes to the neighborhoods throughout the west end and beyond, regardless of race or income. We strive to break the disconnect between the community and the health care system, provide accurate education, and offer opportunities for people to share their stories so that others may gain from their experiences.
